Candidate services

Here at The Graduate Recruitment Company we are committed to the service we offer our candidates. After your registration one or more consultants will be in touch, whether it be to discuss relevant positions or simply to have a catch up with you. In addition to this we also highly recommend that you register for jobs by e-mail so you can receive daily relevant updates from us.

Candidate Care Team

Unique to the recruitment market our team of sales support staff are there to help you. You can call their dedicated hot line on 0870 048 9102 with any issues you may have or to simple confirm your consultants phone number.

Within four weeks of your interview our Candidate Care Team will contact you via email or in writing.

They will ask you to complete a short form about the service you have received since registering with The Graduate Recruitment Company. Positive feedback is always great but we are more interested in hearing how we can improve our candidate care. Every three months all the responses are put into a prize draw with £200 to be won.

Any questionnaire that does not meet The Graduate Recruitment Company standard will be addressed internally.

You will receive regular updates from the Candidate Care team relevant to your specialist areas whether it is news regarding your industry or our jobs of the week.
