Contingency Recruitment
Otherwise known as Database Search or File Search, this is a 'no win, no fee' service utilising the extensive Graduate Recruitment Company database. Our consultants will take a comprehensive job brief and then match the person specification against our pre-screened candidates . Interviews will then be organised and should a candidate introduced by grc commence employment with a client then a fee is charged.
Advertised Selection
In the event that there is a requirement for more than one candidate, specific skill sets are sought, a client wishes to have a branded recruitment presence or attract candidates from competitive companies- maintaining candidate confidentiality - we offer a retained selection service.
Search
In some of our market areas we are able to offer a limited, retained, search option. However, in the majority of our market sectors we are unable to offer search as to undertake a comprehensive search would involve approaching candidates employed by our customers which is unethical and contrary to the code of practice of the REC.

The Graduate Recruitment Company employ personnel who are trained and authorised to administer SHL verbal and numerical reasoning tests and PSL psychometric profiling.
Training
The Graduate Recruitment Company can offer a wide range of training services either recruitment-based, e.g. Interview Skills Training or more general, such as Introduction to Management or Sales Training. Training is delivered by our personnel or our Associates.
