Course Outline
Feedback - focuses on the support and development a team needs from i's manager in order for them to be more effective, and how to give motivating feedback that encourages team members to achieve more.
Advanced Coaching – how to use the GROW model to coach complex situations, so that the team member can come up with their own solutions to their situation
Course Aim
To provide delegates with the skills and knowledge to be able to coach and develop their team members to achieve more.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
- Provide feedback that motivates the receiver
- Increase team performance by focussing on individual needs
- Resolve complex issues using the GROW model
Duration: 3.5 hours
Cost: £1,500 for up to 10 delegates (£150 per person)
Monitoring and evaluating – a 360-degree questionnaire to be completed by delegate’s manager before training and then 8 months post-training, to ascertain the impact that coaching and providing feedback has had on the team.
