High 5
Every quarter, our Chairman Paul Farrer takes out the 5 highest billers as a percentage over target. Venues are top London restaurants such as The Boxwood Cafe, Embassy Club, The Ivy, Gilgamesh, The Oxo Tower, Nobu Maze. The High 5 Club don't have to get into the office until midday the next day!
Mobile Phones
All employees are entitled to a mobile phone from their first day with Aspire Global Networkj. Grade A and B staff will receive a Nokia when they join, and Grade C and above will receive a Blackberry.
Dress Code
We operate a smart casual dress code which reflects our candidate and client base. Some basic rules include no logoed tops, no flipflops, no trainers etc. Smart attire is expected when visiting either candidates or clients.
Holiday Leave
This runs from January to December. All staff get 20 days holiday plus 3.5 statutory days at Christmas. Grade C and above staff receive 25 days plus 3.5 statutory days at Christmas. When you've reached 2 years of service, you'll receive 25 + 3.5 days at Christmas pro rata from the point you reach 2 years service.
Duvet Days
You can take a duvet day once a quarter, which is deducted from your holiday allowance. These can be taken at very short notice - you just need to call your manager before 8am on the day you intend to take off. These are dependent on your team and can only be taken if you haven't already been disallowed the holiday.
Sabbaticals
After 4 years service you will have the opportunity to take a career break for up to 3 months at 50% pay.
Expenses
There is a staff float for consultants to use when entertaining clients, etc.
Travelcard Loan
On passing your probation you're entitled to an interest free loan to pay for an annual travelcard. The money will be deducted from your pay in 12 monthly installments.
Pension plan
After 12 months service you can qualify for a contributory pension scheme.
Life Assurance
This is 4x base salary, from the day of employment. We also offer private health insurance to all of our employees after 2 years service.
Food
Free fruit, breakfast and squash is provided for all employees - this equates to a saving of approximately £2 per person per day. Breakfast is provided for you in the kitchen (cereals, milk, bread, jam, margarine etc) for you to help yourself. Fruit and squash are also provide for you to have throughout the day.
Free Eye Tests
This saves you between £25-£30 per test and if you are diagnosed with needing glasses the Aspire Global Network will contribute £50 towards the provision of corrective glasses/contact lenses.
