Graduate Recruitment can be a complex exercise. With over 350,000 students graduating  in the UK every year, Graduate Recruitment can be a daunting task for many companies. When you consider the EU graduate talent pool it may seem an impossible challenge to manage efficiently.

Many corporate companies use the milk round to recruit for graduate programmes and that is something that we manage for some of our corporate clients. However the majority of opportunities for graduates are with small and medium sized companies, most of whom do not have the time or resources to undertake a milk round approach. There are also numerous opportunities with larger companies who are recruiting a handful of graduates and not running large scale programmes and therefore seek an alternative approach to the milk round.
