Course Outline
A successful sales person is able to control the sales process to ensure that the sale/transaction takes place as agreed with the client. This module looks at how to gain control of the sales process in a non-threatening manner, and how to ensure that the client commits to doing what they say they are going to do.
Course Aim
To provide delegates with the skills to enable them to control their client where and when necessary

By the end of this session you will be able to:
- Gain greater client control
- Manage your time effectively on the opportunities most likely to yield a positive result
- Accurately forecast where and when your revenue is going to come
