Dealing with Challenging Team Members
Course Outline
Ego states – managers recognise the various ego states, particularly in themselves, and understand how this affects the way we handle challenging situations with team members. Achieving results from different personality types – allows delegates to identify the four key personality types & develops a strategy to performance manage each.
Course Aim
To give delegates an insight into their own behaviour, and how this can affect the way that they handle challenging situations.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
Identify the various ego states
Identify their own ego state
Demonstrate how to handle challenging situations
Explain what the four key personality types are
Develop a strategy for managing each personality type
Duration: 3.5 hours
Cost: £1,500 for up to 10 delegates (£150 per person)
Monitoring and evaluating – the delegates manager will complete a 360 degree feedback exercise on the delegate prior to the training and again 3-months post training, to ascertain if the delegate has implemented what they have learned.
