Executive Coaching
We are able to offer a programme of Executive Coaching to senior member of the management team.
Executive Coaching consists of a number of 1.5-hour sessions that would take place on a monthly basis.
Before the coaching programme commenced, we would conduct discussions with all members of the senior management team to get a true picture of each individual’s strengths and development areas. This would be conducted in the style of a 360 degree feedback exercise.
Output
One of the key aspects of Coaching is confidentiality – it is felt that in order to get maximum returns from this process that the delegate feels that they can be open in regard to their thoughts and ideas. However, we are very keen that all sessions that pfj Training conduct have some tangible and evaluating output. Therefore we would encourage that at the end of each session the delegate has an action plan that they are committed to carry out over the next month to then feed back to the trainer at the start of the next session.
Due to the confidential nature of this type of personal development we would feel that only in extreme circumstances would the trainer feed back to the delegates line manager.
Monitoring and Evaluation
At the start of the Coaching Programme pfj Training would create an aims and objectives hit list as laid out by each individual embarking on the Coaching Programme. This would then be reviewed at the end of the 6 months to ascertain how effective the coaching had been and how many of the original aims and objectives had been completed. Pfj Training would be looking for regular feedback on how the programme was operating and where if any improvements need to be made. At the end of the 6 months pfj Training would conduct a Coach evaluation form and would review the total effectiveness of the programme and where the Coaching would go from there.
