Course Outline

One of the most widely used techniques for matching and selling appropriate solutions in sales is the FAB process (Features, Advantages and Benefits).  This easy to follow model provides delegates with a simple process to follow, to ensure that they are addressing the clients needs with the most appropriate solutions, and selling them in accordingly.

Course Aim

To provide delegates with the confidence to be able to sell the appropriate product to the appropriate client effectively and professionally.
