Interview Techniques

The techniques that employers use in the Graduate recruitment process may include any and sometimes all of the following:

• Online application

• Online psychometric profile/test

• Online competency based questions

• Telephone Interview

• Assessment Centre or Group Interview.
An assessment centre maybe a day long (or longer) assessment including  team exercises, tests and one to one interviews and presentations. Many  companies prefer Group interviews which last up to half a day and involve team exercises and one to one interviews.

• Face to Face interview
