Course Outline
This module provides new starters with an introduction to the organisation, an overview of past history followed by present and future plans. It will explain the values and culture of the organisation, who the key personnel are and the various functions within the organisation. Delegates will also be provided with an outline of their expected duties and the expectations of their manager.
Course Aim
To inspire staff about the organisation they have joined and to see where their role fits in and to understand the total package on offer to them.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
•Understand all the divisions within the group
•Understand their role within the group
