You will be working for some of the world's best known digital entrepreneurs in their latest social media venture. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, the company has tripled in size in the last two years but still retains an entrepreneurial feel and will allow exposure to all the workings of a successful business. They are setting up new offices around the world every month because of the amazing success they have already had. The business uses cutting edge social media tools (that has received a huge buzz) to reach a wide and interactive audience which then allows for incredibly targeted real time bidding for media agencies on a global scale. They have excellent relationships with all the main media agencies and are looking to expand on this success in other agencies by hiring you!
Agency Sales Executive
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving and obtaining revenue from full service and digital specialist media agencies. Whilst you will be working with existing media agency contacts you will also be required to bring on new ones and expand the portfolio. This is a product that is really shaking up the digital media space so you will need to be driven and tenacious in making people listen! You will be working as part of a small but perfectly formed team and regularly attending pitches and writing proposals both for the team and for your own clients. Once a campaign has been booked and executed you will work closely with the Ad Ops team to make sure the campaigns are as successful as possible and keeping the agencies in the loop.

Your Profile
You will have some experience either within a media agency or selling to them, preferably within digital. An understanding of how they work is crucial in order to hit the ground running and start billing money. You will be educated to a degree level and have an understanding of online media. As this is within the social media space you must be actively involved in this space- a user of Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, etc as this will help you understand the product better. You must be determined to have a successful sales career and have the energy, tenacity, and drive to make this happen. Also, a sociable nature would be useful and media agency sales is all about relationships!
