As a Business Analyst you will be working for one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK. The company was set up several years ago but renowned entrepreneurs who are still actively involved in the business. Although they are a digital company, they operate within the financial sector and use innovative digital marketing techniques to help drive sales to their key clients. They take a very analytical approach to the service they provide and constantly strive for improvements in order to keep them the market leaders. You will be working with arguably some of the best minds in technology but the best thing is about the company that, no matter how long you have been there or what your position is they actively encourage everyone to use their initiative, come up with ideas and will listen to you!

Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst your responsibilities will be two fold. One the one hand you will be managing relationships with key clients to ensure the very best level of service is being delivered. You will act as a consultant to advise them on the market, what they can do to improve things and building excellent relationships with them. On the other hand you will be analysing internal business processes, using a scientific approach to investigate processes and coming up with ideas for these to be improved. You will be working with all internal parties looking at the online marketing, etc to understand the business as a whole.

Your Profile
For this role you will need to be highly numerical so candidates with a 2.1 minimum in maths, science, engineering from a top 20 University. You will ideally have some commercial experience in an analytical role. An interest in digital and new media will be a real advantage as they are an online business and you will be working in an area you are genuinely passionate about! My client is looking for people with excellent communication skills, who will be able to build excellent relationships with clients. You will also need to be a real self-starter who likes to have their ideas listened to and who has the initiative to come up with them!
