This company is one of the world's leaders in the field of Market Research. With over 10,000 employees in over 100 countries, this full-service institute prides itself on tradition and providing consistent service to the highest possible level. This client delivers services in all major consumer, pharmaceutical, media and service sector market segments. This roles is specifically working in the Retail and Technology sectors and will be based in their offices in Surrey.

Data Support Executive
Responsibilities for this role:

*Take full responsibility for the monthly data production to schedule
*Form an integral part of the monthly reporting cycle
*Maintenance, update and creation of all Excel and PowerPoint charts
*Dispatch to clients of all deliverables
*Updating and maintenance of all elements of reports, including set up of new product group reports.
*Handle and investigate data queries in a timely manner submitted via the operations helpdesk
*Build market and product knowledge on all related products
*Training for new commercial staff as required
*Work as part of a support team across all commercial divisions
*Promote and adhere to international reporting best practices

Data Support Executive
The right person will have the following skills:

*A strong Economics/Maths/Stats degree
*Ability to understand and analyse data
*Advanced Excel skills necessary
*Results driven, taking full ownership and reasonability for the role
*High energy, drive and flexibility to ensure all schedules are met
*Enjoys learning new aspects of the role both from a system and commercial point of view
*Quality standards are key to this individual
*Individual with eye for detail
*A logical thinker, able to dissect and analyse client queries
*Team player - able to provide support to other Technical Support Executives and share knowledge
