  • The Company

Periscope had been established for 14 years and was founded by Kim Crawford, the MD of the business. Periscope was acquired by the Aspire Global Network in 2011. Periscope primarily recruits into creative agencies within the branding, packaging and integrated world. The business is split into Client services (The 'Suits') and Design (The 'Creatives').

Aspire Global Network was voted no 55 in the Sunday Times Best Companies to work for 2012, Recruitment Consultancy of the Year at APSCO's Awards for Excellence in 2011 and are currently 16th place in Recruiters hot 100 recruitment firms.

We invest in our staff, and are proud to offer a bespoke training programme, and a transparent appraisal system whereby all staff are given a clear career path within the company. Staff are given input on issues such as how the company contributes to the environment and charity, as well as benefits and well being.

There is also an active social committee, who arrange regular events from drinks nights and pub quizzes to sports evenings, and recently held our very own Wii Olympics!

    The Role

We are recruiting for our Creative Perm desk where we currently have 60 open vacancies and one person managing them- hence we need another person! The key area of demand on this desk is Creative Directors, Design Directors, Packaging Designers, and Designers. This role will suit an experienced recruiter (6 months + would be fine) who loves recruitment but now fancies a more creative sector. You will be a natural recruiter who can easily build rapport with candidates and clients alike and can talk passionately about this ever changing and exciting sector.

    The Person

A strong desire to work in both recruitment and the design sector
The natural ability to multi task and to enjoy both account management and the hunt for new business
A strong work ethic who enjoys working under pressure
The desire to go above and beyond candidates' and clients' expectations
A professional approach and a confident phone manner but not corporate
The desire to make money but not at any cost
