Responsibilities
As a web analyst you will be part of this highly successful team and be part of researching and analysing the website traffic, audience, and user behaviour. All with the common goal of making the brand even more commercial. You will be looking at audience trends, building up pictures of which audiences the website attracts and when. Also looking deeper at why do people come to the website, how, and their user experience why they are there. You will be working closely with the marketing and sales team who will take your findings to market and to come up with new revenue streams. Your role is crucial to the development of the brand and keeping it the world's number one news website- knowledge is power and you will be researching and providing this knowledge!

You will have an analytical degree- Maths, Business, Economics, Computer Science, etc from a top 20 University. You will need to be very analytical and be used and like to work with numbers! This role is purely focused online so experience of working within online media/websites would be an advantage although if you have a real passion for online media you may still be considered! You will be looking for a role which will give you the opportunity to progress and attitude is the most important factor- a keenness to learn and make a positive difference is a must.
