As a digital project coordinator you will be working for one of the most creative and innovative businesses in media. The company prides itself on developing bespoke creative video campaigns for a broad range of well known clients- they then use cutting edge digital marketing techniques to ensure these videos engage the viewer and receives the best response for the brief. Although the company has an entrepreneurial feel to it, it is owned by a much larger organisation which is a real expert in all areas of online so there are lots of opportunities once you are in the door! The company has excellent training and are growing so rapidly the progression is fantastic and you can move up and grow as the company does!
Digital Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for working with clients both in the UK and in Switzerland on their campaigns. You will be working closely to understand their brief- who are they trying to target, what do they want to achieve, etc and then work with the creative team to come up with an innovative and exciting idea for their creative video. You must then co-ordinate internally to ensure all internal teams complete their task on time and the project runs to schedule. So this is a role for someone who is very highly organised!

Your Profile
This role would be perfect for someone to take their next step on the media/digital ladder- it would ideally suit someone with a year's media agency experience or in ad operations and who wants to move into a more creative/production based tole. Experience in digital media would be a significant advantage, especially in VOD. You must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. As you will be responsible for coordinating various different teams across various different projects it is crucial you are confident and able to manage people effectively. Most of all personality and a real passion for digital media is key in this one-off opportunity!
