Graduate Client Services Executive - Financial Markets
The Role:
- Managing a pre-assigned portfolio of clients to maximize renewals and Identifying upgrade opportunities
- Conducting product demonstrations over the phone and in person
- Taking ownership of incoming enquiries from your clients, liaising with Account Managers and other Departments as appropriate
- Maintaining up-to-date client records using a variety of systems ranging using Excel, Outlook, and a range of CRM tools
- Occasional travel
- Setting up and maintaining subscribers' login details
- Various other administrative tasks
Graduate Client Services Executive - Financial Markets
Your Profile:
- Top University Graduate - Finance / Economics / PPE / Politics / Business - 2.1 or above
- Experience in a client facing role and ideally client services / client relationship management / B2B Sales
- Interest in economics and current affairs
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Commercial Awareness
- Additional languages (German, Italian, French, Arabic) an advantage but not essential
