Interested in beginning or continuing a career as a conference producer? You will be a top class graduate with strong extra curricular activities and interests and an entrepreneurial flair! You will a team player and enjoy working to deadlines. Excellent written skills are essential as are research and analytical abilities. You must be money motivated and pro-active as you will be given a lot of responsibility very early on! Previous business savvy or experience will need to be displayed. We are looking for people with a thirst for fact finding and the ability to illicit information and translate
it in a compelling manner! A minimum of a 2.1 at degree level and BBB at A-Level is required.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to be fully trained as a conference producer!! The role involves researching and analysing business industries and trends and using the information to formulate a conference structure. Producing marketing briefs and liaising with potential conference sponsors are just some of the main functions of this role, along with updating databases and inviting the speakers to attend. You will therefore need to be confident in communicating with top level executives as well as many internal contacts.
