Graduate Conference Producer - International Markets
Your Profile
As a conference producer you will have a minimum of a 2.1 degree from a top league university and AAB at A-Level or equivalent. You must have a thirst for knowledge and a keen interest in current affairs and have plenty of initiative to the task at hand. You will need to multitask and develop a conference from the initial stages, through to managing the event on the day. Attention to detail and a commercial awareness is a must, excellent communication skills are also required. As this is an international role, which may involve travel.
The Role
You will conduct detailed in-depth research for energy related conferences putting together relevant and contemporary topics as well as sourcing speakers. Research will comprise telephone, internet and journal-based research as well as face-to-face meetings with senior executives, both in the UK and internationally. You will also be required to produce brochure copy as well writing well-researched detailed marketing and sponsorship briefs to enable the conference to be marketed broadly to an international audience!
