Graduate IT Support Executive
The Role: duties and responsibilities
*Embark upon the graduate scheme learning about the development and application of software
* Work on support enquiries from both external clients and internal requests
*initially you will be working within the managed services division where you will learn how to apply your technical knowledge into a business frame work
*You will work across a variety of specialist sectors in order to gain insight into the wider world of business consulting
*Projects you will be working on will include: Delivery of the systems; Ongoing technical support with existing clients ; Application support and much more!
Graduate IT Support Executive - Person Specification
Applicants for the role of a Graduate IT Support Executive, will have attained a minimum of a 2:1 classification in a Computer Science (or similar) Degree from a top 40 university. Knowledge of data networking and IP are highly desirable for candidates wishing to apply. Experience in Microsoft/ Unix operating systems and exposure to Microsoft Desktop/Server solutions will be highly useful! To be a successful Graduate IT Support Executive you will need to be articulate and have the ability to simplify complex issues to clients. It is essential that all candidates applying for the role are highly articulate, polished and very analytical.
