The Role
You will work within a team of experienced Executive Head Hunters. Your role will be to assist the consultants on retained assignments. Mapping out the market place through research and calls you will build a network of Executive level candidates. You will learn to proactively sell opportunities to Company Presidents and CEO's, interview very Senior Executives and assist in the
recruitment process involved in high profile retained assignments. You will receive excellent internal training and get far more exposure than one would expect in the Executive Search market.
