Graduate Support Engineers - Digital Technology
There are two positions available at this fantastic company:
The first is a Publisher Implementation and Support Engineer which will see you working closely with other support, product and engineering team members to identify solutions to customer issues and work towards product fixed and enhancements. You will be liaising on a daily basis with a variety of website and new publishers to ensure the technology is running correctly across their portfolio of web pages along with training and educating their in-house teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked with ad-serving platforms and is keen to move onto something a bit more exciting and varied.
The second is an Integration & Support Engineer in which you will be working as the central hub for the organisation; partnering with all the different teams across the business: sales, account management, product, engineering and creative. You will be working on with the client-base of e-commerce websites and have ability to easily guide the technical integration of the software across the businesses investing in the technology solution. This role is a great career move for someone who is ready to make the move to a really varied position which combines technical, product and client-facing expertise!
Graduate Support Engineers - Digital Technology
To apply for these roles you should have:
Publisher Implementation & Support Engineer
-Strong background in ad-serving and ad-management platforms (DFP, Dart for Publishers, OpenX)
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
-BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related degree
-Good working knowledge of JavaScript, HMTL, SQL server
-Minimum 1 year customer support experience
Integration & Support Engineer
-Minimum 2:1 in Computer Science or related degree
-Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-A hard-working and team-orientated in your approach to work
-Bright, creative and a problem-solver
-Passionate about technology and the ecommerce markets
