The Role
The role of Graduate Trainee Operations Management Scheme is a 1 year structured development programme with the opportunity to turn this in to a permanent role in the business. You will be based within the Management team in Loughborough and will gain exposure and support from managers and team mates. Throughout the 1 year scheme you will gain exposure and rotations in different areas of this leading business, although their will be a strong
emphasis on Operations Management and looking at different streams of Business Analysis as well as ad hoc projects. Tasks will include analysis of commission structures, work flows and data analysis. You will have the opportunity to act as Project Manager in different activities, leading a group of like minded people.
