Responsibilities:
:: To develop, set up, customise & administrator the company's software to clients needs
:: To apply custom designs to CMS
:: To provide training to users on the use of the company's software products.
:: To engage with clients to gather requirements for CMS set ups
:: To answer queries about the software
:: Testing of CMS set ups / generated reports & survey set ups
:: Managing customer expectations via defining delivery dates
:: To create online surveys, layout templates
:: To work as part of a team to achieve the departmental standards
:: To work together with other departments within the organisation
:: To deliver code to efficient standards

To succeed in this role it is essential that all applicants have excellent communication skills. You will need to be diligent, inquisitive and have a strong eye for detail to succeed in this position. To be considered for this role, you will need to have an excellent telephone matter and be able to speak English to a native level.
