Graduate Ad Operations Executive
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Ad Operations Executive you will be trained up in all areas of digital campaign management and trafficking. You will be understanding briefs from clients, implementing digital advertising campaigns on websites, managing these to make sure they are performing as effectively as possible and then doing post campaign analysis. You will then be meeting with media agencies to report on how well the campaign did and making recommendations for things to be improved. This is a role which will require people to have excellent time management skills as you can have several campaigns going live at any one time!

Your Profile
You will have an analytical degree- either in maths, economics or a science based degree. You will be highly numerate and able to analyse figures and information easily. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be leasing with clients and media agencies on a daily basis, as well as working for internal clients. A thirst for learning and a passion for digital is crucial as there is so much training available and encouraged for those who want training. Even if it is not your area of work, you can become an expert on other areas of digital if you wish. A can-do attitude and a determination to do the best you can is an important factor for this role!
