As a client services executive you will be working for a leading online marketing company in the world. The company operates in most areas of online advertising including search, affiliate, mobile and display and work with some of the world's biggest spenders in online advertising. Being an American company they have offices all round the USA and are based in South West London in the UK. The company is particularly proud of the 'hall of fame' where people who have worked in the business have gone on to do great things within digital such as becoming CEO of media agencies, and setting up their own businesses. Responsibilities
You will be involved all elements of the campaign process once the sales team has booked it. This is a really varied role demanding excellent account management and organisational skills. This will involve chasing creatives, leasing with Finance and Ad Ops and coordinating with the clients to ensure everything is ready to go live on the right day at the right time. You will be the account manager for all points of after-sale service including campaign analysis, letting the clients know what is going on and following up with them after campaigns. Essentially you will be providing top class customer service to clients and ensuring they are as happy with the process as possible.

Your Profile
You will be a graduate with a minimum 2.1 degree ideally in an analytical or humanities subject such as Economics, Business or History as the role will involve some analysis and research from time to time. If you have account management or client services experience that would be a huge advantage but not a necessity. You must have excellent English and communication skills as you are going to be communicating with several top-tier clients at any one time, organisation is therefore also very key. As a Client Services Executive you must have the confidence to present to senior clients and strong Excel, Powerpoint skills are a necessity to assist with this.
