The Role
Working as a VIP Telemarketer this is not your run of the mill job, but a rare opportunity to work in flexible, friendly and varied team. Your role is to retain and optimise revenue from the brands VIP customers by adapting your sales pitch to a whole range of characters.
Your day will include
> Promoting special offers
> Speaking to lapsed customers
> Welcoming new VIPs to experience
> Maintaining the VIP profile
> Liaising with customers about gifts and hospitality
> Working towards to KPIs and increased ROI
You'll be on the phone and working within a friendly team so an outgoing attitude will help
Your Profile
To be the next VIP Telemarketer for this leading online gaming company you need to be bright, talkative and self motivated. With some proven telemarketing experience or experience of in a similar position it is key you can communicate effectively, negotiate and prioritise your work. A real people
person you'll be confident in providing top level service in a B2C environment. Working hours are flexible but you need to be able to work Tuesday-Thursday, 11:00am - 8:00pm, Friday 9:30am-5:30pm and Saturday 10:30am-5:30pm most weeks.
