Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive
Responsibilities for this role:
*To pro-actively market subscriptions through all online and offline channels.
*Working closely with the sales teams to ensure all activity is co-ordinated and grow the business including site licenses and package upgrades.
*Devise online and offline DM messages that drive response, as well as the communication series going to all groups from prospects to subscribers.
*Develop new initiatives to increase subscription loyalty and retention and continue with tried and tested techniques.
*Analyse results from campaigns in order to improve future performance by creating lists using key prospect groups and dropping the worst performing in order to improve ROI.
*To coordinate branding and campaigns at events.
*Drive lead generation through SEO and Paid Search campaigns.
*Reporting on spend, cash, revenue, renewal rates and ROI.
*Liaise with the sales teams, the Marketing Manager, Web development team and editorial team on product development.

Person specification
-Marketing experience and preferably within B2B subscription marketing
-Digital direct marketing experience essential.
-Data segmentation - identifying the appropriate audience to target, ensure the right message is sent to the right audience.
-Supplier liaison - briefing designers, print & mailing houses.
-IT Literate; MS office, in-house marketing database, in-house web and email packages and Excel.
-Analytical, numerate and creative
-Organised & able to multi-task
-Digital marketing - SEO, paid search, and email campaigns.
-Must be articulate and have strong communication skills
-Team player
