The role is based at their lovely offices in Central London and you will be working for a household name in terms of property and relocation. New Business Executive
Key responsibilities for the New Business Executive position will include:
-Generating new members and clients whose details and properties can be listed on their website
-Offer a variety of different packages and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and following up warm leads
-Lead generation - always keeping an eye out for new opportunities
-Liaising with companies on a nationwide scale to ensure they are aware of the services offered by the company
-Ensuring key performance indicators are met on a weekly/monthly basis
-Hitting and exceeding sales targets
-Maintaining a motivated and positive outlook at all times
-Working with a tight-knit team to make the most of any new opportunities
New Business Executive
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
-Proven experience within business development in a business-to-business sales environment
-Good pitching and objection-handling skills
-Ideally a degree or equivalent qualification
-An interest in the property sector
-Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
-The ability to develop strong relationships in a short period of time
-The drive and tenacity to succeed in a quick-moving and competitive environment
