Subscriptions Account Manager- Oil & Gas Sector

You will be working for a leading business to business publishing company with offices in Central London. You will be working on a market leading publication targeting senior professionals within the oil and gas industry. This role will give you exceptional exposure to this very lucrative industry and allow you to travel internationally as the company attends all the seminars within this sector around the world. Most recently they have attended events in Rio, Sweden, Russia and America. They already have excellent relationships with all the key players in the oil and gas market and you will be responsible for developing these.

Responsibilities
This role is about developing, expanding and building relationships with key accounts within the oil and gas sector- from engineers, supply chain and producers. Most of whom will be interacting with the brand in some way already so you must find opportunities to upsell them to corporate packages and bring on new clients as well. You will have your own revenue targets to hit and commission to earn through being on the phone and meeting clients face to face.

You will be a motivated sales person, with a year's media sales experience. As interest in the oil and gas sector would be an advantage to assist you becoming an expert in your field. You will be driven to hit revenue targets and be motivated by commission. As there are face to face meetings involved you will need to be well presented and be excited by the prospect of international travel on occasion!
