The Role
Although this is predominantly a key account management role, you will be offered a structured training program covering all aspects of the recruitment cycle and important aspects of your recruitment sector will equip you with necessary skills for this role. You will be dealing with the entire process from initial sales call, meeting candidates and clients, to closing the deal. You will need to be fast paced and professional to hit your targets and grow your business.
