Your Profile
To be successful in this role of Graduate Talent Specialist / Senior Recruitment Consultant you will have :
- Ideally a minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment or some solid sales experience in our key market sectors
-The commitment to a career in recruitment
-A strong work ethic
-A professional approach and a confident phone manner
-A passion for success and a hunger for money
-The ability to multi-task and manage your own diary
-The determination to work in a fast paced, meritocratic company - we have been known to place people in 7 hours!
The Role
The Graduate Recruitment Company offer award winning training to all staff, from the first day you start, and continuously throughout your career. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be autonomous for a full 360 recruitment role. You will be joining a hugely successful team - 3 out of the current 8 consultants are in Aspire Global Network's top 10 consultants. Unlike all that's being said in the press the graduate sales market is extremely buoyant - placing people within the digital area - both sales and non sales roles.
-Your role will cover a mix of key account management with existing clients as well as new business development in to one of our diverse business sectors.
-You will also benefit from regular jobs called in.
- We try to meet all of our candidates and clients, so you will have a lot of face to face interaction, with every day being different.
