The Role
As a Content Recruitment Consultant working with the temps / contracts market you will be working with those who are at the most cutting edge within this inspiring industry. You will be placing
* web producers
* content managers
* project managers
But all on a temporary or contract basis. This extremely lucrative area can be extremely rewarding and if this is a sector you are passionate about then you will have candidates and clients eating out of your hand.
As a Content Recruitment Consultant you will be managing a portfolio of high profile clients, you will provide first class consultancy service across the Digital content arena. Your role as a Content Recruitment Consultant will involve managing and juggling a multitude of complex situations from client meetings and briefings through to salary negotiations and new business pitches.
You will as a Content Recruitment Consultant require excellent communication skills both oral and written, high level negotiation skills and superior relationship building. Experience in recruitment or a strong background in Digital content is required.
