Your Profile
Working in Technical Client Services you will be a strong graduate with a degree in a computer sciences or technical related degree. As the On-Boarding Specialist you will have a strong background within the technical and computer sciences world. Ideally you will have knowledge of HTML, Java, XML, PHP etc. You will love the commercial world of business, and be interested in working in a commercial role, and working with people. You will be working with people in the business who are leaders, so you will be really self motivated and keen to learn, and you will have a passion for Digital media.
The Role
Working in Technical Client Services you will be operating as On-boarding Specialist. You will have to utilise your technical and project management skills to assist with the On-boarding of clients onto a Digital Marketing platform. You will assist in the coordination of the business and the clients systems integration, and work in a project management based role. Your role will consist of working with internal teams across sales, implementation and account management as well as the clients, checking that all systems and process meet the timescale and are implemented within deadlines. You will report into the Operations manager, and work as part of a busy and proactive team. The role is a great entry level or junior step into the technical and search world.
