Course Outline
Managing the balance – looks at the challenges a manager faces when balancing their own sales activity with that of managing their team
Tools to manage the balance – looks at the tools that are available to a manager to help them balance their working day more effectively, such as delegation and allocated time slots for activity
Course Aim
To provide managers with a flexible structure that will enable them to balance their own billing activity and the effective management of their team.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
· Identify their own personal challenges when balancing managing and billing
· Explain the tools that are available to help them to balance managing and billing
· Devise a plan for effectively managing the balance
Duration: 3.5 hours
Cost: £1,500 for up to 10 delegates (£150 per person)
Monitoring and Evaluating: a measure of the delegate’s billings will be taken pre-training and then again 3 months post-training to see if an improvement in either client base and/or billings has occurred. Also, 360 degree feedback to be conducted by the delegate's manager.
