Course Outline
Managing your Manager’s time – helps you to help your managers to identify the key things they need to focus on. It then leads on to how & what is appropriate to delegate to your managers.
Planning Team Performance – planning is an important part of the new manager’s role, this session helps more experienced managers demonstrate planning activities that will help their managers achieve more from their teams.
Course Aim
To provide delegates with the tools to be able to analyse the job role of your managers, and provide you with a framework in which to develop your managers further
Course Objectives
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
- Define what the key function of their managers should be
- Identify key development areas for you and your managers
- Assist your managers to effectively manage their time
Duration: 3.5 hours
Cost: £1,500 for up to 10 delegates (£150 per person)
Monitoring and Evaluating: The delegates’ Manager and also the delegates’ direct reports will be asked to complete a 360 degree feedback questionnaire on the support they receive from their manager, and then again 6-months post-training to ascertain if any improvement has taken place.
