Course Outline


This course looks at those members of the team who consistently over achieve on their targets, what their key motivators may be and and how the manager can keep these people motivated and driven to consistently perform.

Course Aim

To provide delegates with an understanding of what drives and motivates their top performers, and how to keep them interested and motivated to keep performing

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to: Identify what drives and motivates their over-achievers Explain what they need to do to keep their over-achievers performing and motivated Utilise the skills and knowledge of over-achievers to motivate and drive the rest of the team.

Duration: 3.5 hours
Cost: £1,500 for up to 10 delegates (£150 per person)

Monitoring and Evaluating: A measure of the top-billers billings and motivation levels will be taken pre-training and then again 3-6 months post-training to see if an improvement in either revenue or motivation levels has occurred.
