Keeping the Team Motivated/Dealing with De-Motivation – looks at how to keep motivation levels in the team up, and methods to tackle de-motivation when the first signals appear
Course Aim
For managers to understand the importance of motivation within the individual and the team, and to be able to identify what makes people tick and how to recognise the poor motivation indicators.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
- Identify the signs of de-motivation as soon as they manifest
- Explain how their own motivators might affect the way they manage others
- Effectively manage behaviours as a result of poor motivation
Duration: 3.5 hours
Cost: £1,500 for up to 10 delegates (£150 per person).
Monitoring and Evaluating – a measure will be taken of the teams motivation levels prior to the training, and then again 3 months post-training to identify if the manager has effected an improvement or stabilisation in motivation levels across the team.
