Negotiating a Salary Rise




Many people start looking for a new job because they feel they are undervalued where they work. There are lots of reasons why people leave a job such as boredom with the job, change of manager, change of culture. missing out on promotion, lack of recognition, peer pressure, change of personal circumstances and many more.  As a result people sometimes  feel undervalued and therefore look for more money.

So it would help if from the day you started a new role you knew what the structure is for career development and salary reviews.

If it is structured it should be fairly straight forward, however in many instances it is not so we hope the video is a useful guide
