Course Outline
Planning and Preparation – this session looks at what planning and preparation needs to be done prior to a negotiation, and how this will help you achieve more success KOLB – provides a sound structure for conducting your negotiation, and gives you a framework that can be adapted to any negotiation situation Setting milestones – how to set effective realistic milestones and how to sell them to the client using the KOLB structure.

To give you more confidence and a sound structure to follow when negotiating with clients
Course Objectives
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
· Plan for your negotiations
· Demonstrate confidence when negotiating
· Set agreed milestones with clients
· Overcome objections effectively
Duration: 3.5 hours
Cost: £1500 for up to 10 delegates (£150 per person)
Monitoring and evaluating – a measure of the delegate’s billings will be taken pre-training and then again 3 months post-training to see if an improvement in either client base, fees and/or billings has occurred.
