Don't just take our word for it - some of our staff speak here about what it's like working for Aspire Global Network and the brands within it.

I joined PFJ after working for a smaller competitor agency, and immediately knew that I’d made the right move. There’s a real positivity to the people here, it’s where the best consultants seem to have gathered to serve the best clients in media. We’re treated like adults, challenged all the time and we’re well looked after. I like the fact I have a transparent career path; we know exactly what we need to do to get pay rises and promotions. It’s the first recruitment agency I’ve worked for where I really admire my managers and I feel like they really add something to my personal offering. I learn something every day and I’d been in recruitment for six years before I joined.

When I first joined Aspire, the company environment could not have been more welcoming – both in terms of the team I became part of and the wider staff. It was great to start work somewhere I immediately felt valued and at ease. Having had only a small amount of recruitment experience, there was an intensive training course to ensure I knew the company inside out in terms of our different divisions, company values and how we go about making ourselves the best recruiters out there. The monthly massages, free breakfast and flexi-hours made settling in all the easier along with regular training and development opportunities! I’ve been at Aspire Global Network a year now and have already had a pay rise and am, fingers crossed, nearing my first promotion! I couldn’t recommend this company high enough for the culture, benefits and the amount of investment they put into their staff.

The training at Aspire Global Network was fantastic. They want to make expert consultants, not just recruiters. And, as it is so well established, it makes picking up the phone to candidates and clients so much easier. The company as a whole was incredibly welcoming, within three days I was having drinks with other members of the team and feeling like I'd been here ages! Although there are days which require working long hours and feeling like things will never get done, everyone has days like that and will be on hand to help where they can- the money also makes it all worth while! To summarise I would say Aspire Global Network provides great training, money, an enjoyable working environment, and occasionally a few free beers...!

I am now a year into my career here at PFJ and I am very much enjoying it. All companies claim to offer the opportunity for structured career progression and I must admit I have been very pleasantly surprised at just how seriously PFJ take this. I have had a number of meetings where I am given the chance to outline my objectives and how I plan to meet the next grade and my manager is supportive in helping me achieve these.
PFJ also takes staff entertainment seriously and has a Ministry of Fun which ensures we are all treated to regular fun nights out, picnics in the park, quiz nights, fancy dress parties and much more. I enjoy working with like-minded people who want to perform well, earn good money but who also appreciate a good laugh.
I can genuinely say that I am very happy here. Not only have I received excellent on the job training but I have made some good friends.

As a recruitment consultant with 10 years experience, I was interested in joining PFJ due to the strong ethos of the company, their track record across the growing media industry and the development they offer to experienced consultants. From my first meetings with several Directors and Heads of Department I was impressed with their open approach and recruitment experience across all levels. I have now been working at PFJ for a year and it has certainly lived up to my expectations. I have received extensive support to help me settle in generally and to recruit into a new sector.

I received great training and huge support from my new team at Aspire Global Network and have never looked back. There is money to be made and some superb contacts to develop. If you like dealing with professional people in a variety of jobs this is the best place to be. My friends all still work in media sales and I know they wouldn’t use another recruitment agency now.
