Course Outline

This course looks at the purpose and objective of giving praise and feedback, how and when to give it and the benefits to you and your consultants  

Course Aim

To highlight to managers the benefits of providing praise and feedback to their team, and how it can contribute to an improvement in performance

Course Objectives

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:  

-  Explain the benefits of giving regular praise and feedback to their team
-  Give effective praise and feedback to their team at the right time and in the right way
-  Observe the effect that effective praise and feedback has on an individuals performance.

Duration: 3.5 hours
Cost: £1,500 for up to 10 delegates (£150 per person)

Monitoring and evaluating – 360-degree questionnaire to be completed by delegates manager before training and then 8 months post-training to identify improvements in providing praise and feedback.
