Course Outline
An opportunity for delegates to put what they have learnt that day into practice. There will be role-plays to cover each of the modules that have been covered that day, and delegates can expect to get thorough and constructive feedback from the trainer and also other delegates
Course Aim
For all delegates to practise what they have learnt during the day, and to gain constructive feedback in order to optimise their performance
Course Objectives
By the end of the session all delegates will have been given the opportunity to:
- Be a salesperson within the role play
- Be critiqued by the trainer and the rest of the group on how they have performed
