Effective Account Management

Course Outline

This module takes a detailed look at what makes a key account and how to effectively manage that account.  It focuses on the questions you can ask to ascertain if an account should become a key account, the tools that you can use to manage your key accounts, and the minimum standards you should adhere to, to service your key accounts.  

Course Aim

For delegates to increase the level of business that they are doing with their accounts, and therefore increase their personal billings.            

Course Objectives                

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:     

- Explain what EAM is and the benefits to themselves and clients
- Identify their own accounts and create a plan of what they are going to do to manage them
- Utilise the tools available to manage their accounts

Duration: 3.5 hours
Cost: £1,500 for up to 10 delegates (£150 per person)

Monitoring and evaluating – a measure of the delegate’s billings will be taken pre-training and then again 3 months post-training to see if an improvement in either client base and/or billings has occurred.
