Course Outline

This module looks at the PSMCC model of sales (Probe Summarise Match Confirm Close), and how this process can be used as the basis for all sales activity.  It will look in detail at the value of good probing questions, and will also encourage delegates to practise their listening skills

Course Aim

To introduce delegates to the concept of using PSMCC as a sales tool

Course Objectives

By the end of the session delegates will be able to:

  • Explain what PSMCC is
  • Ask appropriate questions to determine clients and candidates needs
  • Conduct an effective sales call using the PSMCC process
