After I had submitted my CV the Graduate Recruitment Company followed up my interest immediately and were very welcoming and optimistic about finding me the correct job. Everyone was very helpful and had a real interest in my personality as a candidate and they were very keen to get my registration interview sorted as soon as possible so that some interviews could be arranged.

I would advise a friend that going through the Graduate Recruitment Company gives a real structure and support to the job search process. The Graduate Recruitment Company also has a more in depth insight into potential employers and the criteria that they require so they not only know where is most suitable for each candidate but can offer the initial contact with a company and organise interviews within less than a week.

Very positive.  The team at The Graduate Recruitment Company struck me right away as being very on the ball, whilst the sheer energy and enthusiasm they showed towards all the interviewees contrasted positively with the other recruitment agencies I had visited beforehand.  Their offices are bright and modern too which always helps!

For my two cents, the Graduate Recruitment Company stand head and shoulders above other similar agencies out there.  I’ve never known a team to be so committed, approachable and helpful, and I cannot say enough about the individual team members who assisted me in finding work.  To those currently looking for work in the media sector; it can be a long slog finding work in such a competitive  field, so to have a specialist recruitment agency as fantastic as the Graduate Recruitment Company out there really can make all the difference.  Highly recommended.

My first impressions of the Graduate Recruitment Company were that it was a very professional, welcoming and encouraging company, which was eager to help and support graduates.

2. How did we help you?
I thoroughly enjoyed the Graduate Recruitment Company induction and group interview as it was very informative. They explained their desires and aims clearly, leaving us with a good understanding of the company. The exercises that we had to do were great as they expanded our knowledge of sales and gave us a chance to say what we were looking for. Their feedback was very good and they matched up relevant positions to suit our personality. As I was successful, they spoke to me about various vacancies and asked my opinions. The positions mentioned were of great interest to me so the GRC put me forward for the interviews and guided me through the whole process which was very helpful. I really liked that the recruiters were always there if I had any queries and I felt very comfortable talking to them and asking for any advice.

I would definitely recommend the Graduate Recruitment Company as they are not like other recruitment agencies and are very honest and welcoming! Their aim is to fit graduates to the perfect job and make sure it matches our needs.

My first impressions were the standard friendly and open attitude, just like any recruiter I met. But then I was impressed by how genuinely interested they were in who I was and how they could help. Even after my first meeting I went away with good advice, not just the generic kind that everyone gives, but advice directly appropriate to me.

First of all, after the first interview, there was the sharpening up of my overall image. This was followed by interview after interviews that were set up by my consultants (yes, plural!). All this help, advice and feedback resulted in me securing a good job with a very good company. So the short answer to the question is in every possible way.

Each member of the team there made me feel so welcome and really listened to what type of job I was looking for, unlike most recruitment agents out there. 1. What were your first impressions of us?
A very proactive company; I was immediately given opportunity to discuss what type of job role I was looking for then told of the process by which I could secure employment. My consultant offered to address other recruiters in order to widen my search which was very reassuring!

2. How did we help you?
From the word go, I was given a realistic, yet positive outlook on how successful I would be gaining employment but also how best to approach job vacancies, be successful in interviews, back up my CV etc. I was also offered the support of other recruiters alongside my consultant in order to find the most suitable role for me. After each interview, I was required to give feedback in return for feedback from the company. If unsuccessful, additional advice was given by my consultant to ensure I could progress in the next set of interviews.

3. What would you say to friends looking for a similar job?
Definitely contact Graduate RecruitmentCompany for help and advice as they seem to generally want to put you into a role you will be successful in rather than securing you a place on a temporary basis. It is also a lot let stressful searching and applying for jobs, as the agency does that for you and sorts through the available positions to find the most appropriate vacancies! 

4. What else would you like to say?
The constant contact you have with your recruiters is very reassuring and lets you know they are actively seeking employment opportunities for you. Having being placed with other recruitment agencies, I felt GRC were the most pro active in keeping me ‘in the know’ and finding new interviews for me to attend on a regular basis.

I had regular phone calls and email contact.
