This session looks at the benefits of the client visit, with a view to strengthening the relationship as a result of face-to-face contact.
It shows delegates how to plan and prepare for the visit, and how to control the meeting and manage the client’s expectations.
The ultimate goal of the session is to gain the clients commitment to do business with us.

To equip delegates with the necessary tools to conduct an effective client visit.
