Course Outline

Prioritisation – looks at the urgent/important model of prioritisation, and how you can use this to plan your activities so that you are more productive.

Time Management Techniques – gives practical solutions on how you can deal with time stealing activity, and time wasters.

Course Aim

To enable delegates to utilise their time to achieve the best results

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

  • Identify those tasks that will bring the most success
  • Prioritise urgent and important tasks
  • Reduce the impact of time wasting activity
  • Deal assertively with time stealers

Duration: 3.5 hours

Cost: £1,500 for up to 10 delegates (£150 per person)

Monitoring and evaluating – a combination of 360 degree feedback from the delegates manager and an increase in sales will be used to measure the delegates improvement in managing their time.
