Your Profile

As a Graduate Trainee Management Scheme you will have graduated with a minimum 2.1 degree and 3Bs at A level. The ideal Graduate for this Graduate Trainee Management Scheme - will be bright, enthusiastic, personable, warming, tenacious and money hungry. The Role

This is a structured Graduate Development Scheme, one in which you will gain all round fantastic sales, leadership and networking experience. After intensive training you will work with the account managers to manage key accounts and book meetings that you will attend. As the training continues and you have developed a strong understanding of the client base, products and industry you will be promoted to a field sales account management role. This is a 90% client facing role, but you must be prepared to develop new business where necessary. This position requires a character with a high level of professionalism with the ability to manage their own diary.
